Aeration for Algae Control
NFS were engaged by a Strata client to assist in the mitigation of algae and weed in a shallow resort pond. Consideration was taken as this was not just a water source, but an important part of the resort scenery.
Algae, silting and overgrowth of weed vegetation were present.
NFS recommended a program of combining spraying a solution for control and mechanical aeration to increase the water quality to reduce opportunity for regrowth.
Supply and installation were completed in 2 days and an ongoing preventative maintenance plan is in place to maintain the quality that NFS provides.
